We do not directly accept insurance
Power Play Physical Therapy & Performance operates as a cash-based practice, which means we do not directly accept insurance. This allows us to provide higher-quality, personalized care without the restrictions and limitations imposed by insurance companies.
However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to submit your receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) with the necessary information for you to file a claim with your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits.
